The Mandelli Group brand specializing in bags, accessories, and apparel for two-wheelers takes a step forward in its digital strategy with the launch of its new Shopify-powered website.
Two wheels, one brand experience: TAAC – the newest premium label from Mandelli Group – is now online with taacsport.com, a brand-new eCommerce platform that brings together the two worlds of cycling and motorcycling in one seamless shopping experience.
With a smooth, intuitive interface, users can easily explore both TAAC Cycling, dedicated to gear and apparel for urban riders and gravel adventurers, and TAAC Moto, focused on tank bags, covers, and touring accessories for demanding motorcyclists
The name TAAC itself embodies the brand’s promise: quick, practical, smart – just like the sound of clipping on a helmet or locking a bag in place. And just like that – TAAC! – you’re navigating a complete, unified platform designed to serve every passion on two wheels!
“Navigation was designed to be intuitive and make it easy to move between product categories. – explains Florian Martin, Marketing Director at the Brianza-based group – The menu clearly distinguishes the Cycling and Moto worlds, guiding users to what best suits their needs. And to ensure a smooth, enjoyable user experience, we once again chose Shopify, the leading omnichannel platform already powering our other eCommerce websites.”
After Tucano Urbano and Eleveit, the Mandelli group completes a trilogy of websites with TAAC, all developed on Shopify in partnership with SpotView, a digital agency specialized in eCommerce and omnichannel strategies.

The new website also integrates Zendesk to offer multilingual customer support (available in five languages), complete with detailed FAQs and a 24/7 chatbot. Plus, a robust marketing automation strategy supports customer retention and product updates.
THE BRAND.
TAAC merges the easygoing, intuitive spirit of Tucano Urbano – acquired in 2021 – with Mandelli’s longstanding hands-on approach to product development. Its range of technical apparel, accessories, and bags is crafted from high-performance materials to meet the needs of bikers and motorcyclists who value functionality, comfort, and style at the right price.
All TAAC products are born in the Mandelli Lab, the group’s in-house R&D hub and the beating heart of its two-wheel expertise. This 18-person team of designers, stylists, and prototype makers – many of them cyclists and motorcyclists themselves – develops every item with the same passion they bring to the road.
“We are people who ride on two wheels – concludes Martin – so we build what we would want to wear: practical, comfortable products that make every journey better. And choosing the name TAAC – that iconic Milanese onomatopoeia meaning ‘Done!’ – felt totally natural.»”.
The sound of TAAC also recalls the click of a fastened strap or the snap of a mounted bag – and bags are, in fact, the brand’s signature product across both lines.
